When you tell people you run your own business from home do you always get the same response? Usually along the lines of "you're so lucky, I'd love to have that sort of flexibility", "it must be great not having to commute and be able to work in your pyjamas if you want!" And "I always get so much more done when I work from home". I get this every time.
But anyone who's experienced this way of working for any length of time will know that working from home has drawbacks that, if not tackled, could seriously affect the success of your business.
